Do I Have To Show ID?
Yes. Because patrons are allowed to BYOB ID must be checked at the door.
My teenager wants to come. Can I purchase a ticket for them?
Yes. This event is open to all ages. Anyone under the age of twenty-one will be provided a wristband and can feel free to pick up a bottled water from the refreshments table if available.
How long does it last?
It lasts approximately one and a half (1.5) to two (2) hours. However, time may fluctuate due to the number of participants.
Will we be able to shop with Scent-Row during the event?
Yes a customer service representative will be available during all events so that customers may also purchase products.
I signed up for one date but am unable to attend. Can i transfer my ticket to attend another date?
Unfortunately, due to abuse of this in the past, we are no longer allowing transferring of ticket dates. Please let us know within 48hrs of the event so that a refund can be issued.
What type of wax is used?
We use a blended parasoy wax at our classes. Alternate waxes are introduced and used only during our business course.
Is this a business class?
No. This class does not go into specifics that would be needed to start a candle business. However, we do offer that class. If starting a candle business is your interest, then please reach out to me at scentrow@gmail.com or check out our social experiences page for the next class.
